Tom's business partner loves chocolate. This is the ultimate chocolate cake with a touch of peanut butter. Chocolate cake with a rich chocolate buttercream. The 2 tiers are surrounded by KitKats and the top is sprinkled with Reese's Peanut Butter Pieces. Oh My!
