It has been so long since I have posted anything, and I apologize for that. I have sort of taken a hiatis from baking due to my busy schedule. I did make 2 specialty cupcakes this past month that I thought I would share. First is Cookie Dough Cupcakes and the second is Peppermint Mocha Cupcakes. So very good!!!
