Key Lime Pie Cupcakes!

I've made a lot of cupcakes in the last year, but I have to say these are some of the best flavored cupcakes I have ever made. The cupcake is so dense and moist it melts in your mouth. The lime cream cheese frosting is rich and sweet, practically perfect!

Kevin's 4th Birthday Cake

Kevin turned 4 yesterday and for his birthday party today he requested a monster truck in the snow cake. Well, what's a mom to do, but give her son exactly what he wanted! The cake is vanilla pound cake with chocolate buttercream. Everything on the cake is edible except the pirate driver, which Kevin insisted putting on the cake. I think it was a perfect addition.

It's a Bollywood Party!

These cupcakes were for a housewarming party that a Windermere Agent was throwing for his clients new home. The theme was "Bollywood" so bright vibrant colors were in order. I did pomegranate cupcakes with lime buttercream and a spiced chai cupcake with a cinnamon buttercream all decorated with brightly colored buttercreams and gold dragees. They were so yummy!

Birthday Treats & Pantie Cookies

This is the strangest post I will probably ever do. Kevin's birthday at school required Rice Krispie Treat Cake Slices with Bendable Pirates Toys.
A few days ago I received an email request for "Pantie Cookies" I thought it was spam at first, but it was a legitimate request. I think they came out pretty cute and perfect for a bridal shower, bachelorette party or whatever event you can think of. It's been a fun couple of days...
