Kevin turned 4 yesterday and for his birthday party today he requested a monster truck in the snow cake. Well, what's a mom to do, but give her son exactly what he wanted! The cake is vanilla pound cake with chocolate buttercream. Everything on the cake is edible except the pirate driver, which Kevin insisted putting on the cake. I think it was a perfect addition.
I never saw this one...turned out great! Ankit wants a Monster Truck cake for his birthday this year too :)!
